We want every order to be clear and straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please email support@snuseveryday.com within 3 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund instructions.

How to request a return

Email support@snuseveryday.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our customer service team will provide the correct return address and mailing instructions. Do not send returns to our registered business address unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. If we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Approved exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements. Replacement availability depends on current stock.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
