Return policy

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

 

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 
For quality issues, we will provide a full refund or a one-time free replacement within 14 days of receiving the items. When outside the 14-day return window, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

Return Process

Contact Snuseveryday Support at support@snuseveryday.com to start the return process and obtain the return address. 

Before that, noted that:

• Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
• The defective item’s order number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
• It is necessary to return an item for quality inspection
• For defective items that Snuseveryday needs to have returned, the return will not be successful and no refund will be issued if the wrong item is returned to Snuseveryday or if the defective item is not returned.
• If buyers return a product without first contacting Snuseveryday, we will not accept the package, and the return request will be denied.

Valid proof of purchase:

• Order numbers from online purchases made through Snuseveryday or Snuseveryday's authorized resellers
• Dated sales receipt from an authorized Snuseveryday reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price
   

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

 

Refunds

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via support@snuseveryday.com.

Please note:

• If you purchased UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day delivery, we cannot refund the shipping fee, as this fee is collected directly by the logistics provider. We apologize for the inconvenience.
